ABOUT THE POSITION
In the role of administrator, you will be a central figure connecting different departments and ensuring efficient processes. You will report directly to the CEO, manage a range of administrative tasks, and also handle some logistics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
- Diverse administrative tasks and invoice management.
- Supplier purchases.
- Receive orders and assist with production planning.
- Actively work with inventory management and price updates.
- Act as an administrative link between production, customers, and suppliers.
- Ensure that processes are connected to avoid gaps.
- Contribute to digitizing and streamlining existing workflows.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is a student in a post-secondary education with at least 1 year left of studies.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work.
- Has good knowledge and experience working in Excel.
- Has experience in delivery and/or goods reception.
It is a merit if you have:
- Experience from the food industry.
- Experience working as a coordinator/administrator.
- A driving license (B).
To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:
